How is billing going to be handled for this transition? 

Beginning September 1st you will not be charged the monthly minimum fee.  You will instead be billed for your total August usage at the end of September.

Is First Orion part of PhoneBurner?

The services provided by First Orion are completely independent of PhoneBurner. PhoneBurner does not control, influence, or endorse the products, services, or performance of First Orion.

How do I access my First Orion account?

You will need to create an account with First Orion and access the account through their website. Account access for their branded caller ID is not accessible through PhoneBurner. 

How do I know if First Orion is a good fit for me? 

We encourage our customers to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with First Orion or any third-party service provider. It is important to review and understand their terms of service, privacy policies, and any other relevant documentation.

Can PhoneBurner help me with questions about First Orion?

For the initial transition for existing customers, the PhoneBurner team will be available for support. For any ongoing issues or questions regarding First Orion’s services, please contact First Orion directly. PhoneBurner does not provide ongoing support for third-party services.

How will be data be handled by First Orion?

Any data shared with First Orion is outside the control of PhoneBurner. Please ensure you review First Orion's data handling and privacy practices to understand how your data will be managed.
