PhoneBurner is typically billed in one of two ways: monthly service or annual contract.
Our monthly service is very similar to the way some cell phone companies charge for their service -- we bill a recurring monthly charge to the credit card on file in your PhoneBurner account every month.
Our annual plan offers the ability to receive a discounted price by signing a yearly contract. If you would like to inquire about our discounts offered via annual contract please contact PhoneBurner Support via support@phoneburner.com.
We do not currently offer ACH or other forms of payment at this time.
If you choose to cancel your service you will lose access to your account and any numbers that you may have purchased. If you wish to retain your data other than numbers, please contact Phoneburner Support to request our CRM only plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my next billing date?
You can find this information by logging into your Account Overview. When set up for our monthly service PhoneBurner charges your credit card on file once per month, on the same day every month; this is typically the same day of the month that your account was opened.
- Click your account circle at the top right hand corner.
- Click My Account from the drop down.
- Click Account Overview
Can I pay by invoice rather than paying by credit card?
PhoneBurner is a subscription-based application. We do not accept checks, PayPal, crypto currency, etc. at this time. If you have an outstanding circumstance or are interested in hearing more, please email support@phoneburner.com.
Will I actually lose content or data when downgrading my account?
Yes, there is a chance of data loss of data that is retained due to your current subscription tier when downgrading. These are including but not limited to Voicemails, Call Recordings and/or Email Templates. You should export any important data prior to the downgrade to prevent data loss.
I am on a 7.5 Hour plan but didn’t use all my minutes, do they roll over?
Yes, assuming that your account is still in good standing with PhoneBurner. Minutes will always rollover as long as you have a paid account with us and remain on the 7.5 Hour Plan. Minutes will not rollover if your account has not been paid, you upgrade/downgrade to a different subscription level, or your account has been canceled.
