How it works
- Currently, you’ll be able to brand calls to over 300 million mobile numbers including the AT&T and T-Mobile networks, Samsung and Google devices, and Hiya app users - with wider coverage coming soon.
- The branded display will vary depending on the recipient’s device and mobile carrier. Company name and location will always be displayed, while many calls will also display a selected logo and a reason for your call.
- Calls to landlines and mobile users beyond this network will be unimpacted.
- We are rolling out to Verizon in the coming weeks
How to try it out
Setup is simple. We’ll give you a form to complete with the information needed to customize your branding. Essentially, you’ll decide which phone number(s) to apply branding to, and the information to display for each. Your new branded calls should be live typically within 1-2 business days.
