Any time a flag is detected, we’ll notify you in your account and via email. A flag will appear next to the number on your Local ID page as well.
You can quickly pause or replace numbers to keep your calling profile cleaner, and maximize answer rates.
We’ll notify you again when a flag clears, so you can resume any paused numbers.
While there are many factors carriers weigh when applying flags, the occurrence or recurrence of a flag could be a sign that your call volume is deemed too high.
PhoneBurner gives you the ability to purchase additional numbers in a given location, and can rotate those numbers automatically.
There is a $2/month fee per number.
To enable the Number monitoring feature, you will navigate to the Local ID page, then toggle the Number monitoring icon from off to on (as seen below).
This decreases the volume on each number, and can help you stay below critical thresholds.
Bottom line, number monitoring gives you the visibility you need to minimize the appearance of “Scam Likely” flags on your numbers, so customers are more likely to answer your calls.

So the absence of a flag doesn't necessarily mean there are no flags period... but that you can feel confident in using the number for a campaign, because it does not have any widespread issues.
