When using the Phoneburner app in Zoho, we recommend that the team admin do the first dial session with a test contact that has all custom fields filled in with some data that the team will need .
This will pull the desired custom fields into Phoneburner and then the admin can share these fields with their team. This will help prevent duplication of custom fields in the user account and the admin account and also help to keep things organized.
If the admin is not set up as a dialing account, a user on the team can be temporarily suspended, go to team/ great icon settings and set the admin account to full access , then go to ZOHO and do the test dial session to pull in the custom fields, then set the admin back to non dialing and re-activate your team member.
