NOTE: this only applies if the contact was pulled in using the older Phoneburner Hubspot integration and the source in the contact records says "HUBSPOT". This does not work if you are using Data-Sync by Hubspot.
When you have contact in your system pulled in from Hubspot and you delete them, the contacts WILL NOT pull in from Hubspot again because the system thinks they have already been pulled in , even if you have them in your trash folder.
To reset a Hubspot connection and start over or remove contacts from being connected to Hubspot, select the contacts from the folder they are in or from the trash folder and use the actions dropdown to disconnect from Hubspot, then you can remove the contacts completely and have them pulled in again.
This is helpful if you want to reset the connection and start over or if you have re-assigned ownership of the contacts to another user and you want them pulled into the correct accounts.
