Every department has leaders and teammates in different states who are all capable of keeping things going.
We use world-class AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting our services. We use multiple locations and keep extra backups offsite.
We have an ops team of 5 people who are each capable of keeping things running. They are geographically dispersed.
We have people on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
We have redundant vendors for everything we need.
We are privately owned, have no debt, and have plenty of cash available.
The business is not dependent on any owner.
We are in extremely good shape to keep things running and continue to service our customers.
