What is vPhone and how does it work?

vPhone is short for virtual phone.

Premium accounts include a vPhone number which can be assigned to yourself or someone on your team. This number works much like any other phone number.

You can use your vPhone number as the Caller ID when you place calls, and inbound calls can be answered during a live dial session, forwarded to another number, or routed to a custom voicemail greeting. 

Customers who register for A2P 10DLC compliance can also use their vPhone numbers to send and receive SMS messages. This includes sending 1-click text messages based on call outcome using your disposition buttons.
