Call recordings are available for review in several places in the PhoneBurner system.
Recorded calls are stored for a period of 30 days.
1. Contact: The recording will be stored on the recordings tab of the contact. If the contact is stored in the agent's account, you may need to log in as them to access it.
2. Dial Sessions: Also, by logging in as the user, and going to the Call History tab and clicking details on a dial session. Recordings here can be exported along with the CSV of the dial session if the user has the authority to export.
3. Admin Only: Go to the Team tab and click on the gear wheel and got to reports. The dial session reports have a button for "View all calls" and the recordings will be stored with the calls in this report.
