All calls made in Salesforce with PhoneBurner are automatically logged in Salesforce as tasks, using the information from the dispositions in PhoneBurner.
You can use the completed tasks to auto update the records in salesforce using the process builder.

Set up and use quick find to enter Process builder:
Add a new process:
Save the name and options
The object will be a task you want to update when record is created or edited as calls made with PhoneBurner are logged as tasks.
Add your Criteria and conditions.
You can edit the processes you have already created by going to the list in process builder an opening up a process
