Task campaigns allow you to setup a workflow for your contacts. It's a highly customizable feature allowing you to define a step-by-step sales process, comprised of tasks at predetermined time intervals.
For example, let's say that after conducting a demo with a contact, you like to email them 1 day later, and call them 3 days after that. You can now create an "After Demo" campaign with these day 1 and day 3 tasks. As contacts are added to the campaign, your Task Campaigns manager will "schedule" these tasks, and maintain an ongoing "to-do list" of upcoming, due, and overdue tasks for each day.
Enabling this feature will insert a new option to your contact manager called "Task Campaigns" located to the right of the folders. Also look under the gearbox on your contact manager for "Manage Task Campaigns" to configure the campaigns. To enable the feature, go to My account / Advanced Settings at the bottom.
To manage your Task Campaigns, click on Dial Sessions/Phoneburner Settings/Task Campaigns, or click the gear wheel to the right side of the Contacts page and Select Task Campaigns.
To add a contact to a campaign, click on the contact name, then click on the More Drop Down and select add to Task Campaign , then choose the campaign .
