When you encounter this error message upon starting a dial session from SalesForce, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your standalone PhoneBurner account at www.PhoneBurner.com .
2. Click on the My Account menu, and select My Accoun' from the dropdown.
3. Scroll down and click the link for SalesForce Integration.
4. Click the link that says Generate New API Key.
5. In a new tab or window, open your SalesForce account.
6. From the App Selector dropdown, choose the PhoneBurner app.
7. Click on the Account tab (next to the Voicemail Recordings tab).
8. Copy and then Paste the API Key and User Key from your standalone PhoneBurner account into the Account tab in SalesForce, then save.
Now you'll be able to start a session from SalesForce without encountering that error.
