How do I change the number of seats for on my account?

PhoneBurner allows you to choose the number of seats you would like to purchase for your team. We make it simple to add a seat as well as remove a seat. To find out where to perform this function, read below.

1. Click the Team tab in the top right hand side of the upper panel.

If you are removing team members, first click edit and suspend the users from the account. 

2. Click the Gear icon and select Adjust Seats .

3. User the slider to adjust the number of seats you would like to purchase (total). The slider will update and show you how much you will be paying per month for your account and after hitting the "select" button, the next page will give you the pro-rated amount that will be due at the time of adding the seats and what your new monthly total will be and you will need to confirm this amount.

Note: This function will only work if you have a standardized pricing plan. Please contact support@phoneburner.com for help if you are not able to make the adjustment yourself.
