Click the Circle at the top right and go to > My Account: Email is where you can view and update how people see your communications from the system and how the system communicates with you. You can Update Email Address we have on file for your account. , see your outbound email templates in the Email library, or update your Email sending profile.
You can also add a signature, create, and edit your Appointment emails and set up Personal customization codes.
From My account, you can set your Notification & Subscription Settings and set up notifications for various events in Phoneburner and set up an SMS contact to send certain notifications too.
- Email: SMTP Server: This feature is available to Unlimited Subscribers and allows you to use your own mail server to send emails.

New Referral: you will be notified if a new user subscribes from a referral program link.

Contact transfer: You will be notified if a new contact is transferred to your account.

Calendar Reminder: If you have even reminders on your calendar events, you will be reminded.

Daily Calendar Summary: A summary of all events on your calendar will be emailed daily if chosen.

SmartPack Pickup: Choose how you want to be notified if a contact opens a smart sender item.

Unread SMS: Be notified when a contact responds to an SMS message via email/text/or in app.

Weekly Dial Session report: A weekly report of your dial sessions will be emailed when chosen.

Followup Message Opened: When a one touch email is opened, you can choose to be notified via email/text or in app message.

Broadcast Message Opened: Be notified when a contact opens a Broadcast message sent.
