PhoneBurner requires Tier 2 and higher versions of Salesforce. Some things may not work properly in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning if you are not using the most recent version of the PhoneBurner app.
1. To check what version of the PhoneBurner app you have navigate to Setup, then click Apps, and Installed Packages.
2. To install the most recent version of the PhoneBurner app log into your Salesforce account and go here: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t1W000000HbMB
Salesforce only allows One PhoneBurner account to be connected to a single Salesforce account,so if you have multiple users, you need to install for each user.
The same PhoneBurner account cannot be connected to two different SF accounts. If you have installed the application into one SF account and need to use it in another, you will need to remove the API Key from the original installation or remove the installation from that account.
